Thumbs up Third time Lucky

OK,

It's ready, I even have a digital picture of the rego papers....

I plan to fly down on Tuesday Morning, and spend a few hours at CTC, before heading back to Melbourne and then North the following day.

If any of the usual suspects are around, feel free to come on over.

This also looks good for the QLD Christmas meet on the 12th, I may even come close to Bernies weekly mileage that week

Cameron

See x-mas is coming early Cameron.

Watch out for the bird s$#t when travelling north to Les's do. I'd hate your car to get it all.

Les - they'd better raise the speed limit on the bridge when I pass through.

Oh a bit of asphalt would'nt go a miss.

The Cobra tends to shake a bit when traversing the concrete!!!

Hey Pete, The bridge is concrete and badly done at that......needed a good finisher when they poured the stuff......very ripply..just the thing to rattle ya fillings.

And.....The birds are waiting for ya Pete.....I was down there today and there they were...all up there, one bird per light staunction, ..studying pics of ya car.'

You'll get over the bridge ok....but coming back is gonna be a messy..you'll be right below my little flock.

It's a little like running the gauntlet.

Ohhhh...and....it is a longggggggg bridge

Hey Cameron......

Has that Dax gone yet?

Any interest - should have at the price offered (fair, not expensive, not cheap)?

I have had quite a bit of interest, and my fair share of tyre kickers. Two very keen purchasers were, both well over six foot! So neither fitted and both went home empty handed.

So it's still for sale, but I'm in no hurry. If I get used to having the two around, I may give the DAX a birthday and do a major makeover. Just to keep me busy.

Cameron - have you thought about placing an advert on this site. Free advertising, and it's amazing how many potential buyers seem to find this site..... Attach some exterior, interior and engine bay pics and see what happens !

That's a great thought Craig. I had somehow filed this site as a place where existing owners would visit. But you are quite right, It would also be a good research site.

However, I am getting used to the idea of doing a makeover on the DAX for my wife. However, I think she would end up with the SPF, and me in the DAX

Wipe that smile off your face there Cameron. New SPF and all.

Well done mate. Would love to catch up but...

Heading to Adelaide tomorrow in the Cobra, then to Glenelg for the South Australian Cobra display at Holdfast Bay marina.

Sunday 10 - 4pm.

Monday off to Port Pirie and then to Port Augusta.

Ok so a few more miles under the Cobras belt - about 2,000 round trip.

..suns shinning roads are calling. Have a safe trip back during the week.
