Default Queensland members

Hello to all the Queenslanders out there.
I may be looking for some help soon (will know in next couple of days), I just bought some seats from ebay and the guy who has them isnt very helpful.
He lives at Mermaid beach (wherever that is) and says he is too busy to call the local TNT company to arrange pickup.
What I am asking is if I can arrange it with him for someone from Queensland to pick them up can one of you guys do that and hold them so I can arrange the freight?
I thought it would be easier for him to call the freight company so he can organise a time that suits him, but I was wrong.
He still hasnt answered how he wants me to pay but has given me a pick up address, so it may be easier if I transfer money to whoever can pick them up then just give this guy the cash.

Thanks in advance, David

David, I will be down that way later next week, maybe wednesday but certainly by the end of the week.

If you want me to collect them just send me the details and it's done.

Cheers

David, if for some reason Les can't get them or your afraid he will keep them for himself(just kidding). Sorry Les

I'll PM you my mobile number. I'm on the northern end of the Gold Coast, so it's not that far for me to go and grab them for you.

Thanks everyone for the offers, it looks like he has pulled his finger out and realised that all I was trying to do was make sure it would all happen at a time that suited him.
Thanks again for all the offers.
Here is a link to the seats, I realise they are the wrong color but I figured they where cheap enough and the right shape I am after.

I would have thought that colour scheme would have worked well for you. How about that tan and brown paisley shirt with the big collar. Would have been perfect with those brown polyester bell bottoms too.

By the way David, looks like you got a good deal on those seats. Should look great once they are retrimmed.

Cheers

Mike...It wasn't the paisley shirt that was the worry...it was the platform shoes.

I got rid of the brown platforms a few years back. They didn't match my brown safari suit.

Actually, those seats dont look too bad a shape. David, what car did they come from?.

Good score on those seats David! Even after retrimming, I can imagine they'll be alot cheaper than the custom jobbies I'm getting

Les, I saw you wearing platforms when last in Qld!

Nice shaped seats, nice side bolsters...they will stop your backside sliding when on the track.

My fat a$$ may not fit in the seat properly either, but at that price I thought I would see.
In any case once they are pulled apart to be retrimmed I can see if there is anyway to adjust them and make more room
