There is also Metrics & multi-standard: http://www.metricmcc.com/ but I didn't see the M7 there.
Or http://www.beedspeed.com/fasteners.html - it looks like they offer an M7 flange nut, but the pitch looks strange....
I think the M7 is not a standard flange nut size. You can also search for DIN 6923, which is the standard that covers flange nuts.
