Talking The NOS bottle is under my bed - I use it to fire me up...

justbetter

Garrett

Hi mate, still have the bottle and all the set up. Will leave all the lines on and the solenoids in place. The fuel line is connected but the line from the gas soleniod is not.

So I'll connect it all up later - perhaps for go at the track. First will need to learn to drive it without the gas....

Perhaps, my NOS bottle would be my contribution to that 'Barbie' pink Cobra race car..

We could also get a set up (second hand) and just use my bottle from Cobra to Cobra..

Or did you want the bottle to drill out and use for a lamp holder in your office..

Cheers

Bernie

The saddest thing is that the cobra guys & gals have been caught up in a paper shuffle to stamp out a whole lot of other cars on the road.

They set up road blocks to irradicate old unroadworthy cars and the idiots drivng around in cars dropping skids and racing around town, they look at the large picture.

Dad & I spent last weekend in NSW & Canberra and we caught up with a friend who is in Govt working with ADR's etc. He knows the story as I have spoken to him on a number of occasions. He is a real car enthusiast too - but he says there is little that can be done...

Siding with cobra owners is not going to win anyone an election... that is what it boils down to.

It is a unfortunate as most people have a fvck load of money tied up in their cars...

It really s#!ts me that we have to compromise the original concept of the car and put crappy PCV valves and canisters when the car runs more efficient without them.
