Default Car Manuals

Guys,

I have been looking around for a manual for a Gen III powered Holden, but have had no luck. I think it would be handy to have when working on my engine and box.

Anyone know where to get one?

What happened to the old days, when people picked up a manual and did their own servicing? EFI changed it all I guess!

Ben

Default Repco has them

Ben,

I have 2 manuals, one is the good old Haynes from Repco. Which we used to pull down the motor. And as Haynes says "fitment is the reverse of removal", I hope that is true..

The other one I got of eBay and it is titled "how to get more power out of an LS1" or something like that. Between the two books, they have had reference to just about everything we have looked at, or are trying to do so far. I'll let you know how it goes after this weekend, as we are rebuilding the engine this weekend.

Cheers

Ben,

I have emailed you a copy of the engine management manual, TremecT56 and PCM pinout.
Hope it helps,

Cheers,
Dale.

Dale,

Mate, can I have a copy as well please.

BTW your sway bar mounting lugs should be ready some time next week.
