Your previous thread was closed and edited because it went against long-standing policy not to allow this place to become embroiled in such disputes. That is for the benefit of everyone here.

You then sent me a PM about how YOU thought this place should be run, after being here for only two months/8 posts. I responded by providing you with a link to the Consumer Watch area, which has specific guidelines for posting about the good or bad experiences folks might have with service providers or mfgs. It was designed to allow both sides to a dispute a reasonable opportunity to speak their minds in a reasonable manner. Nobody should have to take the word of one person or side...we've seen bullsh!t from both sides in such disputes. That is no reflection about you or your particular issue...it is simply a statement of our experience for many years and why we have the policy we do.

Despite being directed to the proper location, you chose to start this thread, attack the administration of this site and criticize its policies. You also chose to send me another flaming PM...not a good move.
