You really need to get pictures from the same aspect for all of the different brands.

In my opinion the G-force butt sags too much (even on the new body which I have).
Classic Revival is too high through the centre of the car.
Harrison is too high across the rear guards.
Real One rear end is too high...

Stephs car has got a lot of votes for looking right, and I reckon its the closest. Its also in most people who saw it opinions that it is the nicest cobra going around (hands up from me). So how much of the "shape" contributes to that opinion, and how much how well everything else has been done contribute(paint, interior, wheels, tyres thermo fans etc etc etc). I think any cobra can look fantastic if it is done right...whats "right"....well thats just someones opinion.

Well for my two cents, u lot r a pack of sad perves lol, but back to the original question od best COBRA!!!!!! body, according to Wheels mag Homebush has the closest to original body. It was the write up they did that decided which kit we would go for. Oh and by the way if u think those chicks are good, I want to see Jamie Durie.... I'm entitled to equal time.

Default Who has the best quality/reasonably priced units?

I am a totally new here , and am interested in building a AC COBRA...
A buddy of mine sent me a lot of literature on the "FACTORY FIVE RACING" kits for the MK3 car.. Are there other Companies out there to supply Quality parts for an individual to build himself/herself a very nice car ?
I don't have a bunch of money to put out , but do have a couple donor parts cars (Mustangs) to put toward a project car like the MK3...!
Any and all suggestions are very welcome here... Thanks, RON

Ron,

FFR is a great car fdor build using donor parts. With that said there are a bunch of others as well ERA FIA for one. Yes it is a bit more up front but in the end not a big difference once together.

If you are limited to FFR I would suggest one of their Dick Smith versions.

ROADRACERRON

Ron,

I like the FFR and have had a chance to really go over them at both the Run N Gun and at London, Ohio. At London they had a cut away car that clearly displayed their chassis and body fit out.

As you have a donor or a number of Mustang cars I think the FFR would be the way to go.

Do you have their FFR DVD on the factory tour and build. It is available by ringing FFR and Dave will send you one. They were free

The Cobra and I with Phil's cobra at Wakefield..

A " Homebush " and Phil's black and red " Classic Revival "

Default Can't have too many silver cobras

So impressed with the CR, I bought one too. Or part of one.
Although on public display, Betty MkI has yet to find a permanent spot to live

Give it a few years and there could be a gumtree growing through that bonnet opening.
