attaching chassis to fibreglass

Ok, building the chassis is something, designing the interior is something. My father an i don't find do either of those impossible. but one thing we have never had to do is attch fibreglass to a steel chassis. Can any one explain how this is done or provide a web site or video/dvd that i could get hold of to see how this is done.

i used bolts and construction adheasive (Pl400 ) but now i cant get the body off.

Bolt the body on. Place foam tape between frame and body. Works good. You can unbolt to remove body and foam protects fiberglass and no sqeaks. Jim

Mount the body on the frame ,make sure its all straight and then position your mounting plates on the fibreglass and bolt them to the fibreglass first.Then weld them to the frame.The reason for doing it this way is that you will end up with an UNSTRESSED fibreglass body,which will last along time without getting stress cracks.John
