Hi Dave, Thanks for the wishes. The bike riding is taking up a little of my time as I'm riding five days each week with 80km+ rides - about 50 mile each day. A group of us leave each day from the bike shop or McDonald's. On the weekend I try and do about 80 -100km or 50 - 60miles. I'm still taking weight off and just recently had a major health check which came up with very good results. Lost just on 32lb....%/ Enjoying the new carbon fibre Scott frame and all. It's smooth and quite flexible. Still finding time to drive the Cobra as well...**) Bernie |

Will you head over to the Run N Gun..:confused: I'm limited this year to that event as it's busy here at home with sales and renovations. Hershal is heading with Mulv up to the Santa Barbara event this weekend. It's a good event and worth the drive. I had a great time last year. The Friday night un official cruising is sensational..%/ May catch up at a SAAC event if not the Run N Gun..**) Take care Bernie |
