Hi Dave,
Thanks for the wishes.
The bike riding is taking up a little of my time as I'm riding five days each week with 80km+ rides - about 50 mile each day. A group of us leave each day from the bike shop or McDonald's.
On the weekend I try and do about 80 -100km or 50 - 60miles.
I'm still taking weight off and just recently had a major health check which came up with very good results. Lost just on 32lb.... 
Enjoying the new carbon fibre Scott frame and all. It's smooth and quite flexible.
Still finding time to drive the Cobra as well...

Hope all is well there with you and the Cheerleader.
Will you head over to the Run N Gun.. 
I'm limited this year to that event as it's busy here at home with sales and renovations.
Hershal is heading with Mulv up to the Santa Barbara event this weekend.
It's a good event and worth the drive. I had a great time last year. The Friday night un official cruising is sensational..
May catch up at a SAAC event if not the Run N Gun..
