Vent louvres and bumpers

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some guidance on how to measure out the side vent cut outs for my louvres.
There's no markings on the body I have, and I'd like to get it right first time

Secondly same situation for the front and rear bumpers.

Any references to other sites?? I've had a pretty good mans look and I can't find what I need.
