Default NQ Chapter of QLD Cobra club

Guys & Girls,
Michael Blair and I have been having a lot of cobra discussions lately and he is bringing his new cobra to Townsville Dragway on the 18th August.

We though it might be a good idea to try and get a few of the cobra owners and those currently building them to a breakfast and cobra discussion fest in Townsville on Sun 19th August.

This is NOT a breakaway from the Qld Cobra club, but due to the tyrany of distance from the SE Qld guys (1000kms), it would be good to have a NQ chapter.

Warren Boylan (President of the Qld Cobra club)is sending me a list of NQ memebers so that I can contact them. Any other Cobra Owners, soon to be cobra owners or just plain cobra lovers would all be welcome to talk cobra's at the breakfast.

I don't have any details as to where as yet, but if anyone is interested, give me a call on 07 47 213522 or email colinh@qldbreathing.com

Sounds a good idea
Maybe Warren could set up a WA and a Victorian Chapter of the Queensland Cobra Club also.

Forgot to mention that on the Saturday (18th of August) night the Cowboys have a Home game against St George at 7pm. So I'm going to that. Anyone else?

After saying all that I might have trouble getting to the Footy & the Cobra breakfast if I blow the flywheel into the cockpit!

Craig
Thanks for that, I forgot about the web site.
Its obviously not going to be as big as the southern breakfast, but we should have a good time and hopefully turn it into a regular thing. Maybe even have a joint mid Qld breakfast on a long weekend. The world's our oyster.
