Just had my car on the scales tonight. In full rego trim with underbody exhaust system it weighs in at 1060Kg.

Not as light as I'd hoped but there's plenty of areas it could have some weight trimmed off.

Cheers

1060 Sound Ok. I Like Your Aussie Flag On Your Page . Can You Tell Me How To Load A Photo There.

1060kg's is light for a Cobra here. That would be one of the lightest at the Nationals this year.

If you look at the average Cobra up here, over Aussie Mike's, they have fake side pipes(as well as underbody exhaust), fully trimmed interior & boot, stereo, paint, windscreen, wipers, demister and all body accessories & other stuff. It's amazing how much extra weight you put into them making them comfortable and decked out.

It's rare to see a full decked out street Cobra under 1100kgs in my experience.

I think my Cobra would weigh in over 1200kg's and wouldn't be surprised if it heads up closer to 1300kg's.

For the track, the lighter the better, I'm sure Mike agrees with that.
