The house next door has been purchased by a 24 year old millionaire in the making. His girl friend stays overnight on a regular basis.
The house is a traditional four bedroom highset that has been built under with a granny flat.
He rents the upstairs of this house to three of his girlfriend's friends whilst he resides in the granny flat.
So wot you say?.......the place has a solar heated pool and my house overlooks his pool area.
They were in the pool today!!! all four of the girls!!!
I am now exhausted. I spend the whole day spring cleaning my yard. There is not a weed in any garden. Not a blade of grass which is not manicured. I even climbed on the roof to clear the gutters.
The passion fruit vine climbing over our common fence has been pruned and trimmed to within an inch of it's life. I don't think it will survive.
Yep, I'm am getting old cuz in my younger days I would have found some...make that any excuse to go for a swim.
