Craig, I don't know where it went, but I 'll send it here again.

Thanks for your kind thoughts concerning my recovery. As you know, my RMC body/chassis arrives Tuesday week. Because of the surgery, I am not able to do any work on the car for a few months, so I am receiving assistance from a bloke named Neil Streeting. What do you know of him and have I done the right thing?

Baz.

Neil Streeting is a great bloke, known him for years. He is very competent and certainly knows his way around RMC Cobras. He has never done any work for me personally, but I wouldn't hesitate to send work his way.

I'll be seeing him at Goulburn on Friday for the Cobra Nationals. He is staying at the same motel as us QLDers.

See what other opinions you get off people here.

Thanks fellas. That's what I was hoping to hear. He struck me as purely professional from our first meeting. Hope to see you all at the Nats on Saturday. I'll be the one wearing the sling on the right arm.

Thanks Stef.

I have a photo of your Robnell which I took in Neil's Workshop in July and August. I also have some photos of you and it at Wakefield in recent Nats.

If I get to Goulburn on Saturday, I'll show you the pics.

Baz.

Hi Baz,

I was at RMC today and your body and chassis are almost ready to go. I have just finshed my RMC, so if you need any advice just let me know. I have also taken pictures of my car all the way through construction, so I you want any pictures for reference I would be happy to send them to you.

My car took 4 years to finish and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Have fun !!

Ross

That' the news I wanted to hear Ross. You've made my day.

Stef,
Last Tuesday, I had a full right shoulder replacement and I'm still getting over the surgery. I'm about 85% sure that I will get to Wakefiled on the Saturday. About the only chance I have of NOT arriving, is if something drastic occurs with the shoulder. At the moment touch wood, its fine and doing some pretty tough phsio exercises. I drove my Statesman for the first time yesterday since the operation and had no trouble with that. Now that I have given it a bit more thought, you might make that 95% sure.

Hope to see you there

Baz

Hi Baz,

Here's some better news, I was at RMC on Friday afternoon and watched the container with your car in get lifted on to a truck. It's on its way to you now!!

Cheers

Thanks again Ross. Your a champion. Any chance of following it across the Nullabor to make sure it doesn't get stone chipped?

Good to hear from you too Bernie. As promised, I sent you that Email on 'The Shed' to your net mail address. Let me know when you get it and what you think of the 'find'.

We weren't at Wakefield on the Sunday, but from what I have read, Stef cleaned up big time. And Stef, you were trying to tell me that your car wasn't going all that well. You Europeans sure know how to bend the truth a little. How many trophies would you have taken away if the Robnell was really firing?

Baz

Thanks it came through.

What a find. Don't know if I would have managed the sale of the property without openning the barn.

Luckily it was cars in there...

Like that 356 Porsche coupe..

Bernie,

I'm really glad that you received it. I went into your 'Gallery' and downloaded that picture of you and Carroll Shelby. It will be going into my Cobra Album along with some great photos which I took at Wakefield.

Baz.
