Default North Qld Cobra Meet

The Nth Qld Cobra's are meeting again for a get together lunch on the 4th Nov.

Lunch will be at the Marina Restaurant Cardwell looking out over the ocean whilst talking Cobra's in Paradise. (Just for you southerners that have lousy weather on a regular basis). Is this where I tell you that our weather is beautiful on day, perfect the next.

Seriously though we are meeting at the restaurant at 1200hrs for a 1300hrs lunch.

All welcome and any other Cobrafiles that may be in the vicinity are most welcome.

Default NQ Cobra Run

Just a quick note to say we had another great day with 6 cobra's and 16 people for lunch at Cardwell Marina (unfortunately Kieth Williams didn't turn up but we had a good time without him).
The Nth Qld Jaguar club also had a run and turned up at the restaurant. They were quite enarmoured with the Cobra's and I think there may be a couple of Jag's up for sale soon.

Obligatory procession down the main street of Cardwell (learnt this from Wazza in Gold Coast). Turned a few heads in sleepy hollow

The next meet will be a little different with Peter Liaros (Townsville specialist in Super charged / turbo charged vehicles)(and keen cobraphile) offering to run all the cobra's over his dyno (he has two in his workshop) free of charge, sausage sizzle after and a run to Paluma or Harvey's range coffee shop after.

Possible date around Feb / march 08.

Anyone in town or coming through, let me know as you are all welcome

Colin

Congratulations on a job well done.
Sounds like you guys have also caught on to the idea that along with the fun of having these cars is also the camaraderie created between the owners.
Keep up the excellent work.

Regards,

Warren
