Default Sunday Driver

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Had a run at Oran park on the week end.

I drove like a wimp, but I borrowed Pneals in car camera set up and the results are fantastic, the youtube thing is not as good as the real thing.

Looks great and sounds great.

I think the last time I saw your car it was sitting on the trailer at shelby festival, unpainted after a small diff issue??

Who did your stripe work, the paintjob looks excellent

Mizzi's drive like wimps

I dont think so.

Phil cool camera work and clarity is great for such a compact unit Pneal has. Might have to consider one, got the 6hour at Winton this weekend.

Default Wish it wasn't painted

HI Hogster,
Yes it is painted now, the stripes were done by Bad image and the body prep was done by Lingane.

I notice in your gallery the interesting way in which you are concealing your "fire retarding system" in the intake manifold.

I have heard of drag racing teams running similar systems through chassis rails, drilling out dummy bolts and the like to help keep the engine bay tidy. What sort of horsepower shot are you after.

Good work, very neat. Have you ever heard of anyone using nos with lpg?

Default NOs secret

The nos system is not supposed to be hidden, with the throttle bodies it would have been very busy with all the plumbing. If you see where the bottle mounts, I would say it would be one of the most obvious installations.

It is currently jetted at 175HP however we are not going to use the gas for about 12 months.

I have no experience with Gas and Nos, but I do not see why it would not work.
