Two F1 drivers that continually duel on the track. Substitute a couple of fueding NASCAR drivers in their place and that should explain it.

Mika Hakkinen was F1 champ driving for McLaren/Mercedes in the past. If you don't recognize any of these guys I guess you don't watch motorsports. Maybe you watch the professional wrestling of cars, NASCAR?
