I made one by converting an old rivet gun.

Its good for 4mm nutserts (which are the only ones I'm using).Take out the spring and gripper, put in a M4 x 100 lg bolt, ends up looking a bit like Harrymacs authentic blue tool. Occasionally the bolt breaks, just replace with another. You may have to drill out the rivet nipple at the front to 4mm, this acts as the anvil.

When finished you can reassemble as a riveter.

I have installed over 100 nutserts with this.

G'Day I work in a BIG powerstation and introduced nutserts to that workforce.
They have bought both the "pop rivet" type and the "Magic" ratchet type tools. I used the tools to my needs earlier, but now find it very hard to get use of the damn things because everyone else has "discovered" these amazing doodads. For insurance I have tack-welded each of the major body to chassis nutserts just so that they won't spin later on. (paranoid maybe)

Apparently you can get hexagonal nutserts so they wont spin.
