Sikaflex is the way to go.........

Brake Vents - mould the mesh around the opening and glue on

Oil Cooler Vent - left open

Bonnet Vent - again mould to the opening and glue on (I have a very wide opening and was finding that at speed it was stressing where the vent is moulded to the bonnet. The mesh prevented further stressing).
