Click on any of the small photos in your gallery. Scroll down until you see the link, such as

[img http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/data/500/medium/2008_03090010_Medium_.JPG[/img]

Highlite that and do a copy, then when construction a reply to a thread, do a paste wherever you want the photo.
