Guys with the Harrison cars.
I know I only have a lowley LS1 however I found the standard manifold (ala what I see on those lovely L76 I think) angled out to far on the drivers side and hit the chassis rail, and hit the steering shaft (big time). So be careful there is not a great amount of room. I ended up doing Aussie Mikes trick and used some manifolds off a Corvette which I brought ($200 Aus) in (hand luggage) from the US.
Having talked with Warrick (if I wanted a set of custom headers) I would get his guy to build a set of headers as there is alot of fiddling to get them to fit properly.
Needless to say for now the Corvette headers are going well on the Dyno.

I lashed out on an EFIlive V2 and W/B 02 sensor, $1083 delivered, with a get ya started tune.
It hurt to do it, but I reckon it will need a few tunes between fire up and post rego. Looking at $350 or up to a $K for a mafless tune I thought well, its only money.
One factor that did sway me to buy it was that I would have had to throw more money at standard O2 sensors anyway so I redirected the funding is all.

You had to mention the steering shaft thing DIDN'T YOU, lol.
Front pipe on the RHS of my engine will have to be strategically designed to get arount the steering shaft too.
Castlemain in Darwin Alffie?
Theres no alternative but to do it myself, just gotta get the bits from an honest guy.

Will be fabricating an undercar system. The Sanderson headers seem to fit ok but may need to change the collector position a little to move away from the knock sensors. Still in progress.

Thanks for the offer Lionel.
The back port of each bank is pretty damn close to each footbox corner, and thats with the engine dragged right forward.
I havent ruled out the possibility of a 45 degree slab coming off each footbox yet. Who wears square toe shoes these days anyway.
I really like the look of the headers in your gallery pics Alffie, you made those or castemain did the fab too?

The headers are STD LS7 came from GM you can pick them up in the states cheap. They are match ported for the LS7 but I think they will still fit LS1/2 L76 as the LS7 has huge D ports.
