Cheater, no problem mate, easy mistake. I'll leave me reply below anyway.
Cheater, RCR is a banner sponsor of this forum.
I'm a big believer in sponsoring forums like this as they provide invaluable information & mateship to our club community. In some cases both myself and my parent company sponsor the same forum.
I'm also a major sponsor of upcoming club events.
Also a great supporter of the new Aus Custom Kitcar magazine, which is fantastic by the way.

The Redback has some very nice features, but the price starts at $320k.

I like the concept of the red back and enjoyed watching the build. However the proportions of the turret/cabin are just all wrong in my opinion. It would look better as a roadster and get rid of that top heavy looking roofline.
For an Aussie supercar the Joss looks the business to me. Joss
Cheers

It doesn't get any better than one of Fran's cars !
Absolutely beautiful,............ craftsmanship !!!
I've wished for his GT-40 but sadly, out of my price range.

Mike,
That Joss looks very impressive. Did they run around the Melbourne Grand Prix as stated on their website?
Great looking Aussie car

WOW Craig,
Stunning!
Just wondering about:
Wiper/wipers for that amazingly curved wind screen?
Rear lights, do they come with amber lights as well?
Is the inlet manifold reversed on that LS7?
In the southern states I'm guessing you'ld recommend an LS3 L98 L76 (assuming their all compliant with 79/00 or 79/01 blah, blah, blah - btw I hate ADR's) so what transaxle would suite? Would an Audi hold up or would you need something like a Porsch boxster transaxle, which as I understand it, are much cheaper to source in the US than here? Are conversions readily available for transaxles to Chev's?
Cheers

Off the shelf parts are available for mating both the Audi, Porsche G50 & Ricardo transaxles to Chev. The Audi would hold up find on a standard Chev engine.
L76, LS3(clearout specials) are just so good a package for the price it would be very hard to go past them. And as we know, with a few tweaks you can get some fantastic power figures out of them.
The engine bay has been designed to allow virtually any engine choice.
I'll be air freighting the 1st SL-C over to Aus. I'm just so stoked to be able to offer it to customers here.
Al, I'm already working on compliance for the SL-C.

It comes with one of these. Just stick your arm out the window when it rains and give it a quick squeegee.

I've seen the demo 40 and can guarantee the standard of engineering and presentation is absolutely first class.
It was a pleasant surprise to see pre-bent stainless brake lines complete with stainless saddles, and heaps of little bags of bolts & nuts to fit all the bits together. The pedal box is a work of art as is the gear change mechanism...actually the whole thing is a work of art.
The CNC'd alloy suspension pieces will blow ya mind.
Frankly, If I was a GT40 buyer I'd be dunkin do-nuts to not buy this kit. No other aussie GT40 gets even close from a quality or a price point of view.
This is the way a kit should be presented. Well worth the look.
