Beejay, yeah, I'm not too sure about the red calipers on this car either.

Rob, the weight saving is significant for me. I'll grab the scale and weigh the difference. You get a nice weight saving by going with hubs and hat style rotors compared to my original jab hubs and rotors. I also had 4 piston jag calipers which as everyone knows are not the lightest calipers around. And it's all unsprung weight.

Rob, how did you go with offsets? My 15" wheels have 4" backspace and I measured that I needed at least a 25mm reduction in track to fit the wheels right under the guards on my RMC. I think front wheels on Cobras need to sit well under the guards to look right.

I just got custom hubs made up that fit spindles and then found rotors with correct offset and size, these are custom drilled and machined to suit jag stud pattern and my hubs. Then a simple caliper adaptor for the PBR calipers. Then just got braided hoses made up that go from PBR banjo fitting to original jag male 3/8" fitting for the chassis side.

My hubs are actually 5 pin as I originally ordered 5 pin wheels with adaptors. I will still use the adaptors on the rear. They can be easily made as 6 pin. I'll look into logistics and talk to Don about selling it as a kit. The first set of hubs cost a small fortune to get made, the rest can be produced for a fraction of the cost.

It's all a very tight fit, it's as far as I can push the track and I needed to go with the larger rotor just to get clearance for the caliper. It's also one of the largest rotor/caliper combos you can squeeze under 15" rims. It's the best I could do with Jag front end.

Thanks Cameron.

I do have some nice centre caps to go on as well, complete with AC logo to match the rest of the car.
