Sounds like a good plan to me!
Paint the block black it hides more sins and "blue on green should never be seen" anyway!!
Not sure about the all the right curves, as my missus has the right curves, just that they are larger than when we first met!
Anyway you have a goal so stick to it and get to the V8's in style.
