Gee I hadnt noticed

actually the ls1 and the 302w both weight 460lbs and if its a 5.0L then is only 450lbs. now remove the cast iron manifold and exhaust and fit a set of alloy heads and your very close to 400lbs, so when we drop one of each of the end of a wharf which one hits the bottom first
