And that will give it a good legs on the freeway.
I am suggesting that an AOD or tricked up C4 would be an upgrade, but yes you are right once installed the running cost would be less than a manual.

Looks like the overdrive alone is worth more than a TK0600 mr miz

Progress.
Its slow but going forward matt and i spent a few hours sanding the body back for paint on weds nite got some filling to do and a bit of putty to throw around but its getting closer sent the dump off for coating this week once its back i should be able to see if goes still . had to put on the spare turbo after a quick inspection of the original showed lots of end float and bearing damage not sure what caused it .
will have to keep a lose eye on that the only other turbos i have are bigger and we dont want to have to use them do we wazza. I have a couple of 700 hp and a gt45 which is rated to 1000hp more suited to drag racing .
still lots to do hope to get it painted next weekend.
just got to find the 4" brush and roller.

we dont want to have to use them do we wazza.
Wazza has other things to worry about at the moment.
Wazza is sitting at his Mum's place up at Ipswich, where he had arranged an overnight visit, because he was going to be racing all weekend at Queensland Raceway.
Wazza is feeling VERY low at the moment.....got 5 laps into this mornings practice session, and lost a lobe off the cam......GUTTED !!
Gotta love Motor Racing haven't ya ?

Phil, agreed... But when the auto is existing it certainly makes that selection much easier when it comes to outlaying $'s up front! We'll see how it all goes... I guess the word "development" has not even become an issue at this stage... It will come though.. I'm sure!

Nice push rod\cantilever suspension. Cool.
I suspect matt black will be the new "blue with white stripes" at this years nationals Looks nasty.

Is it too early to start pushing for a completely separate category for ....say....RED RACECARS ?????
I don't like my chances against this new weapon you guys are creating.
I have a feeling that if all the racecars of ANY colour are bunched together at the Nationals, I'll be watching from the rear...mental picture...mental picture !!
Well done guys.....good work.
Regards,
Warren.

Warren, it just scares me period and I'm not even competing against it.
After Spookypt gives Ozvenom are few driving lessons. I reckon OzVenom is sure to get the lap record this year in that beast. That's assuming that Matt holds back and lets Ozvenom take all the glory.

it drives.
I finally got it to a stage being able to move under its own power make life easier i hate pushing cars .
Just have a few things to get finished and i can take it for a test drive its got treaded tyres on it so i can drive it down the road i think i might leave the cage off until i do the test drive.
will post some pics soon.

Here you go Scotty.. This helps a bit! I am hopeful, but unwilling to boast that WAZZA will be seeing alot of this at the Nats from me... Scotty of course I'd suggest, you maybe far more confident ensuring WAZZA gets to appreciate and study this rear view with monotenous (spell) regularlity!

The bigger they are the faster they spin
Matt, after your first set of hot laps, I want to be in the pits to witness first hand what that much adrenalin does to your system.
Counting the days...
