All wired, check fuel pressure, OK, Crank for oil pressure, OK,
Started first go (No video as I was away) idles like an 08 Commodore funny enough...

Just a few more wires to add on then its back to Doug's for a few more things. Then off to the engineers and Rego in late August..

Nice one Stiffy. Best of luck getting it ready for Shelbyfest. Will you be fitting those aftermarket heads?

You might want to add "very sticky rubber" to that list, going by those power upgrades!

Congrats! You are getting close now.

Sorry that I missed you at LCS, stiffy, but from what I heard you made LOTS of new friends. Maybe the next time you are over here we'll get together. Not sure when your Nationals are in October, but how about Run & Gun in October too? I think Bernie may be coming over for that.

Good one stiffy. Have you weighed the Daytona yet?

Will you bring the Daytona to the Nationals?

So Stiffy was it much pain to rip out the transaxle in the Porch to enable your real daily driver to become mobile??

Perhaps you can go on the Porker forum and sell it off for bits now! You'll make a killing.

They don't have one!!! The closest they get is the stock exchange

The Porcar is going well at the moment (its been a really reliable car) to
date but its time to sell. I need a more practical car for a year or so (never thought I would be saying that before I was 70 !! ). So here comes the 1995 Ford Wagon, auto, power steering, air con, cup holders, A BOOT, all the things I have been missing for the past 2 years

Talking Dual airbags and stubby holder

Well then then there is no issue with the Porch, Stiff.

Buy 2 slabs instead of one - one slab for your consumption as you project lead and the other to feed the troops doing the actual work!

Oh and the MILF can sit in the other seat and act as the stubbie holder / replenisher

I'd said to Martin I want to be driving it this side of and well before Christmas.

They've kicked on along all the toys in his shed since Greg arrived which is great to see.

The cobra body is at Greg's getting first preparations done.
Motor is with Don being fixed and rejuvinated.
Hopefully a well priced TKO is in the offing from the US.
Chassis has been repaired and prepped for all the other bits I needed and is ready for me to collect and get to sandblasting before I repaint it.
All the suspension is being checked and fixed and/or painted before returning to the chassis.

What have I forgotten?

Oh pergola is finshed, yacht is still to be sanded back then repainted and rerigged before October.

I think my plate is full. And you've only a house to play with - boring!!

Cheers
