I will be making the grille out of the same expanded mesh that I used on the sidepipe heatshields. It should look somewhat similar to the picture link that was posted on here.

I was thinking I may paint the new grille bright pink

..... They just said I had to make a grille, they didn't mention anything about the colour!!!
