First "real" drive...
Last week after passing my pit inspectioon, many things fell off, (or magically appeared on) my newly registered car. Come Saturday, it was ready for it's maiden voyage with plates and a rego sticker...
Here's my little girl Emily showing off the new plates... (Under the hoist there was also lots of "debris" that fell out of the sidepipes!)
This is my daughter Shelby, getting quite excited about going for a spin..... if only it had child retraints!!!
Emily and I taking it out on the road for the first time. When we got in she said "Daddy, this is a cool car isn't it?".....
The first Cobra get together. We met in the hills for a chat then a short cruise. We also got to check out "Cobber's" car as well, as he passed rego on Friday.

All sounds great Bobby, funny about all that stuff falling off, seems to happen often.
Wished I had a shed like the one behind that gaggle of cobras .... I'd move into it.
Your seats look good .... what make are they?. Are you happy with them?.

Great shed, great car. Is the car on the far left, Left Hand drive? I love the way it sits.
Regards.

Rebel1, my seats are made by Rob at G-Force. They are comfortable, look the part and fit very well, (obviously they were made to fit)...
"Cobber's" car is the white one in position no. 4, and the one that's hard to see right up the end is Bernie's old car that now belongs to Trev.
The car on the far left is "Heidelberg's" Superformance, LS7 powered beast. It is right hand drive and a beautiful machine. It was his property where we met and the the photo is taken...... I have serious shed envy

It was a great first drive for me too, thanks to Paul for building the new Perth hills cobra club house and so considerate for the undercover parking. I can't wait until the bar, hoist and other facilities are completed. We know where you live now so don't be surprised if you hear the distant rumble of side pipes rolling over the hills.
Looking forward to many more drives to come.

Great afternoon was had by all!
Bobby & Andy...It was great fun sharing your 1st hills cruise...1st of many we'll do I hope!
You've both done a fantastic job on your cars boys...a real credit to both of you!
It was also good catching up with Ross and Trev and the chance to sit around and talk Cobras on a beautiful Saturday afternoon....priceless!
