Sometimes computers dont replicate colours as they really are. If the car actually is the purple thats come up on my screen it looks great. It must have taken big balls to give that colour the go ahead but it looks amazing.

Regards.

Perhaps Violent Phlegm's??? no no not green enough!!

I do like the colour Cameron, so when is the on road date?

And was that Greg P. from the club and down at the new Hastings shop? If so he's paining mine too!

Are the stripes layed out straight (parallel) or did you get the slight inwards curvature suggested towards bonnet and boot?

Well done

Steve

Default colour

Thanks guys,

Yes its that Greg,

The colour is a Holden colour I think its called Morpheous. You will see the colour on some recent commodores although the colour is not available in the current model. I have not seen the car in person yet so i'm net sure if the colour may have come out slightly different (I'm very happy with the colour in the photo though).

I did not want the stripes tapered but its a bit late now if they are, I wont know till I see it in person.

On the road. It will only take me a weekend to put it back together. However Greg suggests I wait a couple of months for the paint to harden before putting the windscreen back on (at least I think that's what he said).

The inside boot and bonnet still need to be done, plus I dont know if the clear is on yet. Hopefully I will have it in my garage soon.

I know the place Cameron. Lots of hills and trees in the area?

Can't wait to see the finished product as Greg is on my short list of painters when the time comes.

That's one awesome colour Cameron

Other than a sparkling aluminium Kirkham that's the best I've seen!

Default Paint Update

Does any one have the paint colors for 64-66 C10 both interior and exterior colors that they may want to get rid for free or cheap?
