That looks great. As for the polishing standing up over time, some people here have had some kind of coating put on their intakes and blowers and they seem to last forever. All they do when they get dusty is take a rag and wipe them off. Wish I had some suggestions for the valve covers, but I don't.

Thanks for the comments Ron and the rest of you guys.

It's an interim thing so I can live with it.

I'll have to make up a staged wish list and figure out what next to do once I've managed to get Marty to finish it off.

So far the changes proposed are and not necessarily in order:

induction change to old school look with the big oval filter
E303 mild cam with aftermarket ECU or flashed edit
cobra valve covers
17" Vintage pin drive wheels
improvements to headers and then exhaust system
good quality adjustable shocks and springs to match
stainless fuel tank

So as the say it is just work in progress.

Just want it to be that but driveable!!
