the best I have run is an 11.2 @ 201kms without the gas.
The 60foot was 1.655.

The car can go quicker it is the diff is not up to it, as the very next run I thought I would give it a bit more off the line and the diff exploded.

That is why I have an aluminium 8.8 center in the shed, just need some time.

I think I can get the 60 down to a 1.62 or something like that and that should see me comfortably in the 10s, then I run the gas for a shot at the 9s.

what diff ratio are you running, mines 3.66 and the car has run an 11.1,[no gas] my last run in power sapping 36deg heat was an 11.5 / 202 kph . but my 60ft time was only 1.794. im using a edelbrock super victor intake which is not making big torque down low off the line , but its still accelerating and pulling like a train over the line. nice cold air does improve your times. if i could drive her better in the right conditions, shes got a 10 in her without gas, not to bad for an old naturally aspirated blue painted cast iron boat anchor, as some people here call them. cheers tomcat. l
