Exhaust Collector Gasket

Hello,

I am having trouble finding collector gaskets for my B&B exhaust. I need the collector gasket to attach the headers to the side pipes. Does anyone have any info, part #'s etc. Thanks for your time.

Happy motoring for those of you not on jack stands.

RTV Red. Squirt on. Let it "skin" for about 10 minutes. Bolt on sidepipes. (Very short Readers Digest version.)

How many bolt holes in the gasket??

It has 4 bolts

These things may be fairly common items for folks that service these things. My collecter gaskets are 5" square, have 4, 1 5/8" holes on 2 1/8" centers, and 4, 3/8" holes on 4 1/8" centers for the bolts. I got a coupla extra sets from Classic Roadsters parts. Any of the builders here, Don, DV, Jay, Bob should have them for a coupla bucks.

Yes, a little RTV hi temp red seals 'em up nicely. Works on headers to block gaskets too.

I used the Permatex ultra copper high temp RTV gasket maker (no gasket) last year it worked great; I will do the same this year when I reassemble.

has it nailed! Haven't used a gasket in over ten years! Permatex Gold. Hi- heat and sensor save!
