Default Anyone mounted the finishline dual fans?

I picked up a set of the Finishline dual fans from someone online. Probably too soon in my build, but what they heck. Has anyone mounted them on a B&B yet? Where did you mount them?

I mounted mine to the 1" x 2" crossmember that passes right in front of the radiator. I used angle irons to attach to the brackets, and drilled and tapped the crossmember through from the bottom since my body's already on the frame. You may need to redrill mounting holes for the fans on their brackets as the hood hinges come very close. I cheated my fans in about 1" closer in their center to center distance, and acheived marginal clearance to the hinges. Remember to close up with sheetmetal all the openings around the radiator or your fans won't push much through the radiator. I "testfired" mine without shrouding, and almost all the air came out between the front of the hood opening and the radiator.

There has been a great deal of discussion on whether the dual pushers help or hurt the air flow. It is my impression they actually block the air flow and cars with a HD puller fan do a better job of cooling than three of these.
You may want to check into it before investing in two more fans. Unless you are going for the look.
