1. Make sure the supply to the steering column is from the correct source from the fuse block. The supply to the turn signal switch must come from the flasher on the fuse block. (The current through the flasher causes a bi-metal strip to heat up and disconnect the circuit until it cools which causing it to re-ingage)
2. Make sure you have the correct flasher and it is good. (There is more than one kind)
3. Make sure all the lights come on when you engage the turn signal. (Must have sufficient current to operate flasher)
4. Make sure the bulbs are grounded on one side of the filement. (They can feed back through the wiring to a semi-ground and sorta light.)
