Carlo,

No pics of mine, but I can describe it for you. I used a regular battery tray from Auto Zone mounted to the metal plate on the drivers side. I contemplated a box, but in the end, there is really no way to get the battery into it, and it is hidden behind the carpet panel anyways.

I ran my battery cable from the starter along the inner passenger frame rail similar to the way the brake and fuel lines go along the drivers rail. I went through the emergency brake cable bracket with a grommet, and then out the back. In my case, I went behind the member that goes vertical. If I had it again, I would just run along side that member. I then ran it up into the upper trunk deck where it goes to my kill switch mounted high and center on the rear cowel. The live wire from the switch goes to the battery running inside of the carpeted panels.

With this in mind, keep in mind that when you upholster the interior, there is a nice open space under each door from the foot box all the way back to the rear cowell. You might want to consider using this as a path. It is inside the car, fairly accesible. Hindsight is 20/20.

I already have the inner panels on, I didnt run the main wire near frame so do you think there is any problem running it with the wire harness for rear of car? Do you see any problems in doing that?

That is what I was kind of thinking when I realize the amount of space that exists under the door jams all the way back. It could certainly be run there, although I would probably put it in tubing and secure the tubing. You do not want that cable chaffing, or you will have a nice barbecue going. The way that I should have run mine could probably be done with the panels in from underneath the car.

Ok Thanks, I will use the plastic flex enclosure and run it inside with grommets.
