Default New here folks -Just joined.

I purchased a used (Built in 92) LA Exotics Cobra and am just looking for folks who can help once in a while. It's a 428 with T-60 toploader and I've already spent a Grand on just trying to get running properly. Anyway, this looks like the right place to start so I look forward to talking to all of you.

Welcome Happy Guy,
Maybe I'll see you when my kit is done and I come to visit my sister in Fowlerville.

Happy Guy,

Why don't you make a trip to St. Louis October 12-14 to Run and Gun and meet some new Cobra friends. Bring your car and compete or just come and visit with the other owners and drivers and get some ideas. Admission is free to come in and look at some of the other Cobras. Look me up if you make it.

Here is a link to the Run and Gun website: http://www.runngun.net

Thanks to you all for the welcome. I really screwed up by taking to a mechanic I thought I could trust. I went from a 850 Dual pump Holley to a 750. He did not hook up choke or Vacuum advance. I put a plug in manifold and hooked it up but I still don't think secondaries are opening. I can probably keep up with it in my Dodge truck (it's pretty fast)
