I agree with Bill. Put it where you can get to it for service. Mine is under the passenger seat with a fuse box with 17 fuses and 4 relays, along with a seperate fan-horn relay box and alt fuse strip. Seat folds foreward with wires under "false" floor. Can check or change a fuse while sitting in drivers seat. Ron
