Ghost Tune Coyote?
Anyone here ghost tune their Coyote motor? Would like to hear your experiences with it. Have only heard them in Mustangs on Youtube, never a Cobra with side pipes. I love the reliability and driveability of the Coyote and it even has a nice sound once you step into it, but its missing that great idle lope that the traditional Cobra motors have. While I know it may be "fake" to some and will not produce any performance increase, but there are many like me who just love the sound for our cruisers.

Cammed Idle

Not clear from that Youtube post whether its a ghost tune or an actual cam swap. However, that is the sound I'm looking for. As a street cruiser, I'm more than satisfied with the 400+ HP the Coyote provides.

Guys I am disappointed, where are the comments about how much better a FE sounds than a SB(ford-cheby).

Engines is coyote with Jon Lund cammed tune. Can highly recommend Jon's customer service and tuning ability. Jon can make a modern engine idle as poorly as any old school engine. :

I have the Coyote and talked to several people about the Ghost Tune...are questions as to possible damage to the engine. Still looking into it. Sounds great....

Dude, what's up with the comments??
As Cashburn says, these cars of ours are "fakes" as it is so what concern is it of yours what sort of motor we put in 'em and what we do to them to personalize. Unless you own an original Cobra (highly doubtful!), then you're driving a "fake" car...and that is assuming you even have one and are not just a poser/ hater who puts people down cause they have something you want but don't have!

Might want to take a breath and slow down a little. This place can get rough. I'm out of this thread.

Come on guys, keep it down. Before someone posts his usual anti-anything but an FE comment "makes little kids cry and/or have to look away in disgust."

Not sure why you quoted me, or mentioned "spelling help", but I was referring to Patrick.
