$94,950? Really?

I guess this is what happens when someone gets their hands on something they have no idea the actual value...

Looks like a cartoon.
But, as they say in the car biz, there's an a$$ for every seat!

Between the poor feedback rating and the fact that it's a $40K car, I doubt it will ever sell.

Hi Matt. At that price, it would have to be a drunk at an auction.

Dimis 08-22-2013 06:29 PM

Oh dear...
I'm ashamed to admit that there are aspects of that car that I really like. :o
You must admit - it would look quite nice in your garage next to a Martini decal styled Porsche.

I think I might need to up my meds %/

That's the "buy It Now" price, has nothing to do with what it will sell for or what the reserve may be, you'll also notice no bids on it right now.

Good advertisement and a way to boost up normal sale prices a bit? Or a hail Mary?

Not for the price, but I actually kinda like it.

ERA2076 08-22-2013 09:21 PM

Horrible -

decooney 08-22-2013 10:04 PM

Its different. Disregarding the price and shape of the car... IMO: If the exterior paint was a nice dark Slate Gray color with a single Black Euro stripe down the middle and around the nose, the car could be changed to a stealthy track car theme.

I don't mind the dark wheels, dash, and gauges. There are a few elements that make it interesting but not for the asking price. The right changes to the car in a few key areas could transform the entire look using what's already there as a base platform.

BAsque1 08-23-2013 03:45 AM

Half of that price is the dealer's commission:LOL:

Cashburn 08-23-2013 07:26 AM

Even though we did not build it... I really like the looks of that car. It's not for everyone but has some great elements and would be a blast to drive. I love the price too :3DSMILE: Honestly I was curious so here's a breakdown at MSRP level:

3.64 LSD REAR (ASSUMED) = $1,400
BLACK OUT TRIM = $1,500

I agree with Dimis.

If they think they'll get close to that $94,000 figure, then they're nuts. But can't discount the fact that there are alot of folks out there that are both stupid and rich out. :)

phattyhales 08-23-2013 12:16 PM

Seeing that it has a TON of carbon fiber, a Martini paint job and a Coyote in it I could see it being worth that much to the supercar guys. You gotta remember too that it is for sale by a dealer so you can instantly add AT LEAST $15k to the price.
It is listed for the same amount on their website too btw

I forgot to do the colored calipers option...dammit.

PLDRIVE 08-23-2013 06:40 PM

I am sure Jay can add PINK to those calipers at a very minimal charge.

GBowman 08-23-2013 06:57 PM

I'm sure he would Mark...I was at his shop today, car is progressing nicely. He informed me that he would be busting out the sawzall soon!

RedSnake351 08-23-2013 07:53 PM

With the huge amount of ill-gotten money floating in S. Florida, I wouldn't be surprised if it sells for that figure.

toddl 08-23-2013 08:07 PM

Gary, did you get to see my car? If so. What did you think.

Todd
