I purchased the car from an owner but my thought was it was a roiling chassis built by backdraft and the had Speen Faninix install an engine built by D & D (I did get it for a really good price). I thought I would get a well engineered end product and since the car had only 4k miles that was a good assumption. If the owner built and installed the engine I could see issues but not from a professional organization. I don't know who is to blame for using manifold bolts that were catching by a thread or two but the problem is behind me know. I took her out for a spirited 50 mile drive today and all was well. I even got the wife out who was skeptical that it was too loud and smelt like gas and she loved it.
