Default High back seats

All,

Due to back issues, there is a good chance I may need to replace my BDR seats with ones that provide full back and head support such as non-reclining racing seats. I would very much appreciate if there are any BDR owners out there who've done so provide make and model that worked. If you have pictures you can share, great. Last, what bracket did you go with to keep seat height low and and were they sliding.

Seats I've looked at are Sparco, OMP, Kirkey, Bride. I've even looked at reclining, but that makes very little sense in a Cobra...

Thanks

Look at Tillett seats. They make seats for go karts and Caterham. Superformance is a dealer for Caterhams.

I don't know the seating space difference between the BDR and FFR MK4, but I installed (2) 18" UltraShield Rally Sport seats (the Rallys have a lower thigh side support, easier entry) in mine with Kirkey seat mounts (to set the incline) and Summit Racing sliders, to fine tune the forward-rearward location and I REALLY like them so far. Have been on a couple extended cruises this season 2 - 3 hours and they are comfortable (after installing a 2" piece of dense foam under the butt). You could also go narrower: 17" or even 16".
