Default Brake problem

Drive my BDR to work on Fri, beautiful day here in Houston, called an emergency meeting of the group. Pulling into the office parking lost my pedal went 2/3's way nothing , then last 1/3 brakes. (At least I had something). Question> Booster? Master cylinder? Before I start changing parts I thought I'd check to see if anyone else experienced this. #621 has 30,000 miles on it now with 2,000+ on the track. She's been getting lots of TLC lately and is no longer my track car.

Check fluid level, are you missing some ? Check all 4 wheels for leaks. if all 4 are dry, it's probably the master.

Master cylinder (internal leakage), or leakage somewhere such as a hydraulic connection at one of the calipers.

It's not the booster...if that fails you will have hard pedal, but you will have brakes.
If you had some brakes, probably rear, the mc is very likely the culprit. No pulling right??? Does it pump up?
The other possibility is that you have a leak, either front or rear, and you are using only one end of brakes on the car.
Just remember in an emergency, there is always the emergency brake (manual). Also used to practice bootleg turns...

Default thanks

Pumping doesn't help. 2/3 pedal nothing, 1/3 brakes. Thanks everyone, I'll get on it next week. Off to the track Thur-Sun.
