Hey guys thanks for the feedback. I also spoke with backdraft and seems this is a known issue with all their sidepipes since They switched suppliers a few years ago.

I may try the self tapping screws. Is there a DIY available or some instructions I can take to a metal shop that can do the work? Hoping this will resolve the "can-O-bolts" rattle I've got, especially during engine braking. thx
