Default Lead Acid Battery

Any concern with using these in our BDRs? I know they come with them but im about to replace my original one and figured id check. Hard to find a good 26R battery ( lefr rear fender mount) that isnt lead acid without paying boo-coup bucks!!

Sears has an Everstart for $85 (550ca)
Tractor Supply has Exide Commercial 26R for $75 (540ca)

We've been using the lithium ion style on a few cars. So far so good. Shaves weight and it's not something you replace often.

Lead acid is just great! The cheap ass battery that was put in my Backdraft has been one of the few things I haven't had to fix in 10 years!

Waste your $ if you choose...

Mine just died....won't hold a charge any longer. Looks like I might just go with another 26r Lead Acid battery as locally it's allI can find and Optima doesn't have a compatible size to fit.

I had a lead acid battery in one car and it lasted 14 years. Then I went to Optima and it lasted just 11 years.
