You probably mean output shafts. The axles are certainly new. The output shafts are reconditioned just as the BMW differentials are. A small leak at the axle seals is quite common. We address it here before they leave when we catch it.

July 2019 Had the differential side axle hubs and seals replaced. The hub O rings and hubs seals were ordered through a BMW dealer.
