Default Dash Wiring

I was working under the dash yesterday, and I cam across a wire labeled, "Hooter Button".

I am both intrigued, and a little bit fearful. What will happen when I push that button? I don't mind buying new shirts, but then I'll never get anything done.

Will it change the profile of the car? It's a new car, but a replica of an old one. Will it be good? Bad? I just don't know.
mln385 and 6t8stang like this.

Bob,

I suspect you have GPS integrated into your car--and that wire, when connected, will guide you to a Colorado Springs "restaurant" of (almost) the same name. (!!)

P.S. I'm an old C. Springs resident, from the Broadmoor area.

In England, the term "Pip your hooter" means to blow your horn...
