New Owner in Lake Havasu

We just purchased a Backdraft Cobra, build 1361. Are there any owners in the local Lake Havasu area? Our car has a few of the common service items that need to be addressed. One is a parking brake adjustment and the second is I need to adjust the left rear height of the car due to low tire clearance. I ordered the lead mallet, safety wire and wire tool but they will not arrive until the end of next week. Does anyone know of a local shop that has the tools to remove and replace a knockoff wheel? Thx

Yeah, another "can't help you your actual question" response, but welcome to the Tribe. You won't regret it...these cars are a hoot! Just take it easy for a bit...they are perhaps more responsive than cars you used to own that were fast. I know that was the case with me. So what are the details of the build?

The car is a late 2014 with the 2014 updates and has just over 1800 miles. It has iconic edition etched on the side window. I believe it was a factory build car has the iconic 427 engine and tremec T5 installed by Speed Fanatix and the dealer information says Custom cars. Options seem to be roundels, carbon fiber dash with autometer gauges, heater, and defroster. I gave up trying to find one with the posi rear end wilwood brake options.

Nice! The BMW sourced rear end is easy to replace if you are looking for a limited slip. I am first to admit I don't track mine, so the BMW brakes designed for a much heavier car have never given me a reason to consider an upgrade. On the street, the brakes are awesome.

Having said that, my main reference points have been vintage English roadsters and American Muscle Cars, neither of which are known for stunning brake performance.
