Default Finally have a BDR

Thanks to all that helped through my search with leads on cars, sale offers on their own cars and general BDR information. I finally found/purchased a car and took delivery on it today. It's a 2017 Vintage Motorsports build, 540 miles and flawless. I drove it around for an hour in 30* weather and loved every minute of it. Here's the car, Thanks also to PHMCobra for sharing the lead while I was also interested in his car!

Congrats. You now own a beautiful Backdraft Cobra. I twin sister to mine--same color combination, same wheels and same great drive. I wish you the same fun and enjoyment in your new Cobra as I have experienced in my Cobra. Phil

That is a beautiful car. Congratulations and you will really enjoy it when the weather is better.

Its BDR 1604 and came out of SC. Much kudos to you guys on another great build. Mostly stock with a few upgrades, including the Sniper FI, heated seats, Tremek 600 and a few others. Had a blast driving it yesterday and can't wait for the weekend to get some more seat time.

Thanks for your help on the other one we tried working through; I appreciate the time and effort.

Congrat's on your new beautiful Cobra. Many happy miles with her. Look's like we don't have to warn you (New Owners), about high HP, light weight cars as I see your Viper in the garage, perfect addition to your collection I take it you like Silver/Gray . Cheers Tom.

Yep, here's the Cobra, Vette, Viper and Yukon all in silver... there's also a grey Range Rover as well :-) .

I have to admit though, the Cobra is a bit more of a handful than the Viper (in a fun way). 30 more HP and 800lbs less weight made for a "spirited" and "adventurous" first drive ha ha. I really love this thing. I've had a number of fast and high performance cars but gosh, this thing is the most fun!!

Congrats! I've also had a few "spirited" muscle cars over the years, but the Cobra is, without a doubt, the most fun and "adventurous" to drive. Keep in mind, you'll be the center of attention to every automobile enthusiast you pass, smiles, thumbs up and stares of admiration abound.
Shortly after I purchased mine, I stopped at the local hardware store to have a spare key cut. When I came back out, an elderly gentleman was circling it on his mobility scooter. He said he was passing by and he just had to get a closer look at it. After a brief conversation, he asked if it sounded as good as it looked. When I fired it up, he got a big smile on his face, gave me a thumbs up and we went our separate ways. It's all part of the fun. Enjoy
